ASCII 2 SDK Updated to Support Windows Phone 8 Devices

30th May 2014

WP8 300TSL is pleased to announce that the UHF ASCII 2 SDK for Windows Phone 8 is now available for download.  This free software developer kit supports our ASCII 2 compatible RFID readers to develop custom programs for devices running Windows Phone 8 and 8.1. This new release also adds a Read Write and a Switch Control sample to the previously included Inventory sample code, as well as accompanying documentation.

Free Software Development Kits for TSL products contain everything developers need to rapidly integrate our ASCII 2 compatible products into the following software environments: iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile.NET and Windows Desktop.NET.

For developers using the Xamarin tool, the portable class library provided as part of the TSL Windows Phone SDK has been successfully used with Xamarin to implement a native iOS solution in a C# environment. Contact support@tsl.uk.com to request more information.
