New Android SDK update adds support for the 1166 Bluetooth® UHF RFID Reader

The latest release of the TSL Android SDK is now available with support for the new 1166 Bluetooth® Rugged UHF RFID Reader. This release updates the API to cover ASCII protocol 2.4 which includes support for Impinj QT options on ReadTransponderCommand & WriteTransponderCommand; improvements to the ReadLogFileCommand to access the log file length and access the log in 512 byte blocks; the InventoryCommand and ReadTransponderCommand now have a ‘filter to strongest response’ option and the EPC identifier can now be omitted from transponder responses.
