Technology Solutions (UK) Ltd (TSL) provides a series of mobile applications to complement the TSL range of ASCII2-compatible, Bluetooth® UHF readers. TSL have just published an Application Note providing details of how to rapidly locate hard to find tagged items using TSL’s tag-finding Apps such as RFID Tag Finder (available for Android™ and Windows Phone) or the Find-a-Tag feature in RFID Explorer for iOS.
This application note also describes setting up a tag finding App, provides some guidelines for the physical search operation and also describes the support provided for various UHF RFID tag encodings.
