    The 1145 Magnetic Swipe Reader is a small and lightweight peripheral that provides a 3 track Encrypted Magnetic Card Reader for the Motorola™ Enterprise (ET1) Tablet. It supports ANSI, ISO, AAMVA, CA DMV and user-configurable generic formats.

    The built-in encryption engine supports DES, TDES, and AES encryption with DUKPT key management. The information is encrypted before leaving the read head, making this a perfect solution for applications requiring increased levels of security.

    The reader is powered by the ET1 tablet, and remains compatible with existing ET1 accessories such as the hand strap.
