Our North American Customers can use the TSL RepairEngine portal. If you haven't already done so, you will need to register a new account on the RepairEngine portal.
If your product requires repair, but is out of the warranty period and not covered by a CompleteCare repair plan, you can still submit it for a fixed-cost repair.

You can send an RMA request to TSL. In order to establish the applicable Fault Code, please run through the troubleshooting guide. If the Troubleshooting Guide establishes that there is a fault, a Fault Code will be generated and you will be directed to a form. Please complete this form and then submit it to us.
To find out the warranty status of the product(/s) requiring repair, please contact TSL and provide the relevant serial numbers.
