Account Activation Email Not received

    • If you have not received your account Account Activation email, as a first step please check your email client’s spam/junk folder.
    • Your company may also have a higher-level company-wide spam/junk filter in place that has blocked the Account Activation email. Please check with your company’s network administrator.
    • If you have not received your Account Activation email after an hour, please send an email to requesting that your account be activated. You should receive a reply within one working day.

Email Address rejected when registering

We only accept new registrations using corporate email addresses. We do not accept registrations using free (and often anonymous) email address services such as Hotmail or Gmail. If you receive a message saying “We do not accept registrations from that domain” during the registration process, it is because your email address falls into our list of blocked domains.
