Build types no longer set from bootloader3 (BL3 requires FW3.0,0 or greater)
Added max power, antenna type and region code options to extended frequency table (def 25dBm for BL<3)
Added .sr -p command to show region and min/max power allowed
AS: now reports as ETSI or FCC Internal
Added .tm -hu on/off for hundredths in timestamps
